Jackie Simion

I design compliant cannabis experiences, education, and partnerships that help institutions, brands, and cultural organizations engage cannabis responsibly—while strengthening public trust, safety, and long-term value.

My consulting practice, Jackie Of All Trades, LLC, is based in California and focuses on cannabis policy, hospitality, education, and culture-focused projects. My role is to help organizations navigate regulations while creating experiences that feel thoughtful, grounded, and relevant.

Every project highlighted within my portfolio exists because clients and partners were willing to trust me with something complex—often publicaly visible, highly regulated, and culturally sensitive. That trust is what allows me to do this work with both rigor and joy.

I have partnered with music festivals, hospitality groups, tourism organizations, educators, licensed cannabis operators, and public institutions to design compliant cannabis programs throughout the United States—many of them operating at scale and under significant regulatory scrutiny.

Partnerships & Brand Integration

HOW I WORK

Every project I take on is guided by a few core principles:

  • Compliance is foundational — regulation is not a hurdle, it’s a design parameter

  • Harm reduction is essential — education and safety are non-negotiable

  • Culture matters — cannabis carries history, stigma, and meaning

  • Collaboration builds trust — the best work is done alongside operators, regulators, artists, and educators

I often act as a translator—between regulation and creativity, between cannabis and the public, and between ambition and responsibility.

LEADERSHIP & ADVOCACY

Industry Leadership & Field Building

In addition to client work, I actively support industry infrastructure, education, and policy development that strengthens the cannabis ecosystem as a whole.

Leadership

President, Napa Valley Cannabis Association

Supporting licensed operators, advancing regional dialogue, and working to align cannabis with Napa Valley’s agricultural, hospitality, and tourism identity.

National Engagement

National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA)

Contributing to national conversations on responsible cannabis policy, business standards, and economic sustainability.

My advocacy work focuses on building systems that allow cannabis to be understood not as a novelty, but as a regulated, agricultural, and cultural sector with public accountability.

LINEAGE & VALUES

I’m deeply influenced by the legacy of caregivers and advocates like Brownie Mary, whose work rooted cannabis in compassion, public health, and community care long before legalization.

That lineage informs how I approach my work today: with responsibility, humility, and an understanding that normalization is built through education and trust—not shortcuts.

All ideas are my own. I do not represent my services under any other name.
